Copious illustrations throughout with lively and colorful reproductions, including 9 color lithographs by Kandinsky, Masson, Chagall, Miro, Ratner, Klee & Matisse, all printed by Mourlot. Bound in red cloth with silver stamping on spine and front cover. Text is clean save for a dime-size portion of pp. 20-21 from No. 3 that had been stuck together, resulting in a small blemish. Light toning to endpapers; small smudge on text edge. Else very good to near fine. Lithographs all excellent and clean.  Item #2758
