Minneapolis, Minnesota: Dinkytown Antiquarian Bookstore, 1990. 9.75" x 6.25" pp. [30], edition limited to 750 copies, this being number 205. Printed in black and blue ink on original red wrappers, saddle bound with string. Signed and dated later by Hassler on the title page. Small half-inch tear on the back cover, otherwise neat. Text is clean. Very good. 

Includes two audio recording cassette tapes from Calvin College (now Calvin University) in Grand Rapids, Michigan, both dated April 2, 1998. One tape is titled, "Festival of Faith & Writing Conference 98 / Readings: Jon Hassler" and is 35 minutes in length; the other tape is labeled, "Festival of Faith & Writing Conference 98 / An Interview with Jon Hassler, Darlene Meyering" and is 45 minutes in length. 

The Powers interview and two cassette tapes are collected in a custom clamshell case, brown with applied label on the spine. One piece is missing from the case where the cassette tapes are held, otherwise sturdy with very good appearance.

Celebrated Minnesota author Jon Hassler (1933-2008) was born in Minneapolis and grew up in the small towns of Staples and Plainview. He received degrees from St. John's University and the University of North Dakota. Hassler wrote about the places he was raised in small town Minnesota..
