Includes multiple black and white illustrations throughout, some full-page. First American Rackham edition. Green quarter cloth boards with gilt stamping on the spine and front cover. Slight wear to the corners; foxing is present on both front and back, along either side of the end papers. Inscribed "Rebecca S. Field / Christmas 1909 / from [D. G. F.]" on the front free end paper.
