7.25" x 9.25" pp. 96, including 8 mounted color plates and multiple line drawings by famed Hungarian illustrator, Willy Pogany. Inscribed by illustrator Pogany on the front free end paper, "To Anges Grey - with best wishes / 1937 / Willy Pogany." First edition, second printing in very good condition. Rose-colored cloth boards with gilt stamping on spine and rose flower detail on cover; very slight toning. The text is clean; the dust jacket is sharp and tidy, presently enclosed in mylar. Includes original box; minor smudging and small tape repair on the inside of one corner. Overall, an attractive book of sonnets with beautiful composition and presentation.
