This is a bound compilation of Rita Hayworth (née Margarita Carmen Cansino) clippings, articles, photographs, and advertisements from the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. Bound in black boards with the title pasted on the spine and front cover, includes red page ribbon. Very good, with a small handful of photographs coming loose; irregular text block due to different clipping sizes.

Brooklyn-born Hayworth’s parents were both Spanish; she became “Americanized” in her rise to Hollywood fame which resulted in a lightening of her hair color and changing of her name. The majority of articles and ads are in the Spanish language. Other featured celebrities include Cary Grant, Orson Welles, Lauren Bacall, Ingrid Bergman, and Glenn Ford.
