Catalog put out by the American Art Galleries: Madison Square South, New York which includes 632 items. Significant color fading on cover; slight break at the spine though intact. Leaves have very slight foxing; pencil marks ("ticks") identifying items of interest on a handful of pages, including a few notes written in pencil. A few of the pages dog-eared at the corners.
